To calculate the exact shipping costs for your purchase, please add the desired items to the shopping cart and go to the cart view. There, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed based on the shipping weight and destination country.
Shipping costs are determined based on weight and recipient location during the order process. Any applicable surcharges will be displayed before order completion.
Shipments are carried out by DHL, DPD, UPS, Hermes, or via freight forwarding.
· Up to 31.5 kg, shipping is carried out by parcel service.
· From 32.0 kg, shipping is carried out via freight forwarding.
No freight surcharge is applied to solar panels.
For batteries, delivery times may vary from those published. We will gladly inform you about the current delivery time.

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery within Germany takes 1 - 5 business days, while international deliveries take 2 - 8 business days after order confirmation (for prepayments, after receipt of payment).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship all the goods in one single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
If you choose self-pickup, we will inform you via email about the availability of the product and the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
